Managing the overall planning, monitoring and execution of BI Consulting projects by ensuring their compliance to allocated timeframes, budgets, resources, among others, while fulfilling the set KPIs and targets. In addition to providing the necessary guidance and support for project managers in order to facilitate successful projects’ delivery and timely completion.
